Not for: online stores, booking systems, customer logins, blogs you update weekly, or full rebrands. Great for: trades, shops, restaurants, and local services with a simple “who we are + how to reach us” site.

Will my site look totally different?
No. The goal is the same information—company name, what you do, how to contact you—presented in a modern, mobile-friendly way. I don’t change your positioning or invent content.
What do I get for $149.99?
A ZIP of your reworked site files (HTML/CSS and related assets). You can upload them to any host. Scope is for simple brochure sites, typically around five pages migrated from what you already have.
What’s included in hosted care?
I host your website files and keep SSL and backups running on my server. Domain, DNS, and business email are yours—I don’t register domains, change DNS, or host email. Care Basic ($24.99/mo) is hosting only—no content updates. Care Plus ($29.99/mo) adds up to 1 hour of updates per month. Care Premium ($49.99/mo) includes 2 GB site storage, 50 GB bandwidth, and more monthly update time.
Do you handle my domain or business email?
No. You keep your domain at your registrar and manage DNS and email there (or through whoever already helps you). I host the website files. If you buy hosted care, your domain needs to point at my server — we have a step-by-step DNS guide for GoDaddy, Cloudflare, and others.
Who owns the domain and files?
You do—the domain, DNS, and email stay in your name and under your control. After you pay for the site files, they’re yours. If I host for you, you can leave anytime with your files.
Will you write fake reviews or awards?
No. Content comes from your existing site and what you provide. I only clean up wording for clarity.
What if I don’t have a website yet?
This offer is for businesses that already have something online to rework. No site yet? Contact me—we might still work something out, but it’s a different scope.
